Profile 

Through my 20 years’ experience in management positions, one of my challenges was to build a culture of commitment to maintain an exceptional service for clients as well as for the company’s reputation. Having good communication with employees and clients when organizational changes were needed has helped me to evaluate different options. 

I believe it is necessary to do extra miles and to get out of the box in order to find creative ideas to solve “problems”. I said “problems” even though I don’t like to use the word “problems” because I think problems doesn’t exist but only challenges do…. The person with a positive attitude will provide best attention in order to find solutions. Always remember that everything we focus on increases….  

Since I started my career I have developed business strategies to optimize companies’ potential, create a return on investment and increase their market value. I was responsible to negotiate major contracts with important clients on the international market (Europe, Caribbean, Canada and USA Market) and I had the privilege to be exposed to a multi-cultural environment.

I have supervised marketing teams, keeping in mind that the right product sold to the right client with a proper marketing strategy is important in order to take over more market shares.

I have also acquired a solid expertise in management, restructuring, customer services, marketing, public relations, human resources and sales.
